LifeProven is pleased to welcome Louis Marton to the Project Management and Quantity Surveying (PM/QS) team as a Trainee Project Lead.
Louis recently completed his A-Levels in Media, Business Studies, and English Literature. He previously undertook work experience with LifeProven in December 2024 and now joins the business in his first full-time role. He is currently preparing to begin a cost management apprenticeship at South Bank University and enter the RICS chartership pathway.
Since joining, Louis has been supporting the LifeProven cost management team across key projects, including the €200m MUC21 Head Office fit-out for a global client in Munich. The scheme integrates ESG objectives and is targeting LEED Platinum certification. Louis is contributing to the project by assisting with cost planning and reporting, valuations, measurement, and project support.
His early focus is on building a foundation in cost management, understanding the role of ESG in commercial delivery, and developing the core skills of a Quantity Surveyor.
Louis said:
“LifeProven’s approach to sustainability and the future really resonated with me, with a strong environment and culture I want to start and develop my career in.”
Jacob Murphy, Associate Director, said:
“Louis has made an immediate impact on the team. He’s switched on, eager to learn, and already adding value across the Commercial Management team. We're excited to see how he continues to develop with us”
This move supports LifeProven’s focus on developing early-career professionals and expanding its capability in delivering ESG-led outcomes across the built environment.
