Appointed by the industry leading commercial regeneration and development expert – General Projects - we completed a Whole Life Carbon Assessment to measure and identify the carbon impact of the RIBA Stage 3 design, methodology, specification, operation and end of life strategy on the 170,000sq. ft. office block. The data insights were used to inform design and specification decision making, ensuring the development strategy was aligned to meet both ESG and commercial objectives.
