EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies) is an innovative, cloud-based green building certification that helps developers, owners, and investors design and operate resource-efficient buildings.

Unlike traditional certifications, EDGE focuses on simplicity, speed, and cost-effectiveness — making it an ideal choice for projects seeking meaningful environmental impact without unnecessary complexity.

To achieve EDGE certification, a building must demonstrate at least 20% reductions in energy, water, and embodied energy in materials compared to local baselines. This clear, quantifiable approach makes EDGE a powerful tool for driving real performance improvements.

We support projects through all certification levels:

  • EDGE Certified – Achieve the baseline 20% efficiency improvements. ‍
